Brew Monday - Supporting Mental Health
Today is the third Monday in January and can be known as ‘Blue Monday’. It is thought to be the most depressing day of the year but it was in fact a PR stunt that was originally created to sell holidays! ‘Good and bad’ days are individual to each of us and there are steps that we can take on every day of the year to protect our mental health.

Leading mental health charities have now switched the name of today into a positive campaign known as ‘Brew Monday’!
‘Brew Monday’ reminds us of the importance of connecting with others. Reach out to a friend, family member or colleague for a virtual cuppa and a chat. It doesn’t have to be a Monday or a cup of tea, just taking the time to talk to another person could help you work through what’s on your mind.
