Following careful consideration of available guidance/data and to support key construction work, CSR training will resume from Monday 8 March 2021.
There has been a change to the recognition of qualifications process in the Republic of Ireland following the end of the Brexit transition period.
Due to the ongoing Covid 19 pandemic, CSR is asking employers and those responsible for checking CSR cards to be flexible if a card has recently expired. This approach is supported by CPD and the Government Construction Clients. This guidance will be kept under review on a regular basis during these exceptional circumstances.
Due to the worsening public health situation and the stay at home message from the Northern Ireland Executive, CSR training will cease from close of business today, Friday 8 January 2021.
Finance Minister, Conor Murphy has announced changes to the Procurement Board as part of efforts to ensure the £3bn spent on public procurement annually is fully maximised. CEF Managing Director, Mark Spence has been appointed to the newly reconstituted Board which will meet in December.
